Back from Kamwange

Hi all

Well we just got back form a two day visit in Kanwange. It was very emotional. We visited the Tooro High School orphanage. They have 7 girls sick with Malaria. No money for meds and too many kids in the school. The good thing is we brought 6 lap tops donated by Kevin from CCC.

Thanks Kevin! Two are for the office and 4 for the lab.

I will post my pics latter from the school. Please pray for all the kids and for help to pay for medicine for malaria.

Also went to see one of my families. This was Maria that the office and I sponsor. She is such a smart lady. She has purchase 5 goats, one pig, chickens, seeds for sweet potato, corn, some type of peanut, banana trees, and is fixing her house. three of the kids go to school. The other two are young.
She has actually used her money wisely.

She wants to by two more nets and she bought a new bed (sponge mattress) wow, the little it takes to make them happy.

We than went to the children's orphanage and meet the children and the some youths that are studding sawing and what not.

After here we went to give a cow for a pastors family.

This is were in got very hard for me. A lot of the people I meet last year was here. Specially those with Elephentatis and many, many children that are suffering with the same.
Some people gave me money for med. I bought for malaria for the high school and for elephantitis. well it was not enough to say the least. But did you know that with 30 dollars a year you can sponsor one (1) person to get the supplys for it. This does not go away. The 30 dollars includes one or two visits to a doctor per year.

Any way this is what has me so bummed. There are children at age 7 or 6 and up. So may children with this diseased and what can we do?

Please pray with me on all this.

Will post pic soon.

blessings!
