Girls at Kanwange

This ladies are orphans that are unable to pay for school. Idah helps them through Parents Concern and gives them a chance in life by teaching them a trade. Here they set up a sawing shop.

Team three on the way to Kemwange

Here we are at the bridge taking a group picture. It is a beautiful forest. After here we got to see some families. Maria was one of them. The orphanage, and back to Fort Portal.

Maria & her children with me

clinic at Namioya-Mokuno 7-12-08

Hi

We had the clinic at Namioya for the people form the villages.

Well had the pleasure of cleaning and bandaging wounds on the children and many of the women from the villages around Namioya at the church. CCC has sponsored and help to finish.

We also help with the bricks for Pastor David's house to be finish.

They are doing a great job.

I took a nice pic with Gerit, Steven and Patrick. Christine showed me the nice pic they took of us last time we where there.

It was hard saying good by to them. It is hard. I do not know when I will be back or not to see them.

I am praying for them and all the beautiful children from the area. I wish you guys could be here and feel all the love and tenderness this people give you!

We go to the safari tomorrow. Will post pics once we get back. Hope the Internet and power is on.

God bless!

Mokono- visiting Christine

So we went to visit my first family Christine and her kids at Mokono last week sometime. Sorry lost track of time. I believe it was July 5 or 6. It was a great experience. We where received as royalty. It was overwhelming to say the least.

This people give you so much love! They are great full for all and for you just coming to see them.

Christine was very happy, we spent time first at the church playing with the kids, moving dirt for the pastors house with the women of the villages. We visited a few other widows that are sponsored by the team.

It was a great experience. Wish you could be here with us as we go through this.

Gereit sand a couple of songs for me and than we started exchanging gifts. They love all that I gave them. Not a hole lot. But they are great full! They gave me a mat and Christine made me a bag.

We went back a day or two later and did the washing of feet! It was great!

will show you pics latter.

God bless!
